Two iconic buildings of the former industrial platform are being transformed into symbols of the new RIVUS project. The administrative building is becoming an entrepreneurship hub, while the hall with arcades is opening its doors to the art world.

For the first time in Romania, a real estate project integrates a live arts center, a venue for local talents to express themselves in as various forms as possible, ranging from performances to exhibitions and from workshops to festivals.

A leisure venue for all age groups: children and adults alike will be able to find their perfect refuge in RIVUS. New concepts of immersive experiences for the entire family will be available at the family entertainment centers, where adrenaline-pumping activities will take visitors into another dimension: climbing areas, trampolines, obstacle courses, gaming areas, immersive experiences, and simulators.

The multiplex cinema will also offer another reality, bringing regional firsts in terms of high-quality viewing experiences and the latest technologies in the industry. For the first time in Romania, RIVUS will invite the public to an open-air cinema, a concept that brings movie stories in a spectacular and unique natural setting.

A better look at the cultural life

For the first time in a mixed-use project based in Romania, an auditorium will be developed in the heart of the RIVUS project, providing an open scene for the cultural effervescence:

  • festivals
  • public events

This will be a venue where local and international artists will be able to manifest their creativity and talent, and the public will enjoy memorable artistic experiences.

The RIVUS auditorium will be a symbol for the cultural vitality of Cluj, a source of inspiration for the entire community.

Live Arts, just the way you want it

Under the arcades of a former industrial facility, RIVUS is building a scene for the arts,
in partnership with the Cluj Cultural Center. We are transforming what used to be an industrial production facility into a performance production space, where creativity finds its expression in the most diverse and inspired forms.

Inspiration,
right at home

Contemporary art exhibitions, experimental theater performances, and other forms of artistic expression will be accommodated in this venue steeped in local history. Performing arts representatives will have a unique space to showcase the artistic and creative resources of the city, while Cluj residents will have a venue where they can experience their cultural identity.

We are bringing art closer to the community, because it also belongs in the accessible, lively spaces, integrated in the everyday life of each of us.
