In line with the Iulius Group values and Code of Conduct, the integrity of the company’s business is a non-negotiable. We undertake to conduct our business activities in compliance with the law and ethical standards.

Therefore, we encourage both our employees and third parties to feel confident about bringing to our attention instances that constitute violations of the law, by carrying out the following actions:

• Providing the internal communication channels for making the reports;
• Sending a response in relation to the reported situations, information on the mode of action, if they are not satisfied with the measures taken as a result of the internal report;
• Guaranteeing the protection of the public interest whistleblower against any retaliation, if they report violations of the law in good faith, based on their personal knowledge.

Please note that your report will be automatically submitted to the members of the Integrity Committee via e-mail at integritate@iuliusmall.com.

 

The personal data you provide are collected in good faith and in compliance with the legal provisions in force. In order to be able to process and handle the application, you must consent to the processing of the personal data you provided, by checking the last box within the Public Interest Whistleblower Form, after carefully reading the information you can find here  aici.

 

If your report will be submitted anonymously, please consider the following aspects:

• If it does not contain sufficient information on the violations of the law so as to allow for its examination and resolution, the report will be closed;
• If you fail to provide any contact data, we will be unable to confirm our receipt of the report and to give you follow-up status updates on the subsequent actions;
