Green, just the way you want it

Imagine a green oasis spanning 52,000 square meters, in the very heart of the city. An authentic lively park, where nature meets modern architecture. This is the new RIVUS Park, the green core of the upcoming project.

Towering trees, shaded alleys, and ample promenade and relaxation areas will transform the former industrial site into an animated place, bursting with vegetation and color and providing the perfect retreat for leisure and recreation.

As part of the same project, we are restoring the Someș riverbank adjacent to the site back to the people of Cluj, who will thus be able to enjoy walking along the riverfront, outdoor picnics or even get some exercise in biking along the river.

RIVUS Park will also act as a connection between Armătura Park and Feroviarilor Park, recently refurbished by the local administration, creating a network of 130,000+ square meters of landscaped green spaces.

This urban ecosystem will offer a variety of activities for all ages and preferences, from playground areas for children to sports facilities and relaxation areas.

Other novel natural features also include the hanging gardens, the green and interactive roof of the retail area, as well as the green facades, blending together to create a unique urban landscape that is truly inspired by nature.

RIVUS Park is a promise for a greener and more sustainable future. We invite nature into our life, where we want to spend our life, in the very heart of the city.

Japanese Garden – balance amid the urban buzz

RIVUS will provide Cluj residents with space for development and relaxation alike. An authentic Japanese garden will invite you to meditate and reconnect with nature.

In the Japanese culture, the garden is the center of self-knowledge and meditation. This added feature is designed to reconnect people with the urban space in a profound way, giving them a moment of peace and calm, close to the big city buzz rather than away from it.

Fitted atop the retail area rooftop, the Japanese garden will integrate Asian species of trees and plants. The water, stone, and vegetation are used as symbols for the elements defining the natural ambiance. Alleys provide a walkable context, inviting visitors to experience the garden inspired by every season, while the ornamental pine trees in various sizes maintain an evergreen setting through every season.

The complementary principles of the Japanese culture for traditional gardens will also be integrated here. The location will be ample for visitor to stroll around at their leisure, while also providing a calm and contemplative ambiance.
