Chic Chic Urban Fashion to open in RIVUS, bringing exclusive brands

RIVUS complex, IULIUS Group’s latest project developed in partnership with Atterbury Europe, located in 1 Mai Square in Cluj-Napoca, will become one of the most important lifestyle centers in Romania in terms of the diversity of uses it will provide on the local market. For the first time in Cluj-Napoca, the project will bring together new brands and store concepts, including Chic Chic Urban Fashion, a multibrand store chain retailing exclusive brands such as Herve Leger, Hudson, Louis Gabriel Nouchi, Joop, Patrizia Pepe, Zac Posen, John Galliano, Strelsson, Maison Close, Isnurh, IOS by Maica, Serge Pariente, Fabio Rusconi, My Best Bag Firenze, and La Haine. Besides the retail premises, RIVUS will also include office, cultural and entertainment facilities, as well as a park spanning more than 5.2 hectares, all integrates in a cosmopolitan urban lifestyle center concept.

Chic Chic Urban Fashion operates a store chain including two in-season multibrand locations, two outlets, and a Patrizia Pepe brand franchise, all located in Bucharest. The store in Iulius Town Timișoara marks the retailer’s first expansion outside the Capital. The concept prepared for RIVUS will be a distinctive one that caters to the needs of all shopping aficionados.
